A successful campaign has been concluded with the appointment of Cath Roff as the new DASS at Leeds CC. Currently DASS at Derby and with experience at Sheffield, Cath has a great feel for urban centres in the North. Cath will be joined by a newly appointed Chief Officer – Care and Access Delivery which Proventure has been working to support (to be announced shortly). DASS roles are often tricky to fill. These are high pressure and focused roles in any authority. Candidates are often cautious of making the wrong career move and keen to gain confidence of moving to an authority which shares there same vision for the delivery of relevent, high quality, flexible and innovative adult social care – something Leeds continues to forge ahead with.
